ReductrAI provides autonomous infrastructure intelligence software that monitors, investigates, and helps remediate infrastructure issues. The software runs in your environment and processes your data locally.
To use ReductrAI, you must:
Free Tier: Available indefinitely with usage limits. No credit card required.
Paid Tiers: Billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers.
You agree not to:
ReductrAI and its components are proprietary software. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the software. You retain all rights to your data.
ReductrAI processes data locally in your environment. We do not access, store, or transmit your telemetry data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Enterprise customers receive SLA guarantees as specified in their agreements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReductrAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
ReductrAI is designed with human approval workflows. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any remediation actions. We are not liable for actions you approve.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your license key will be deactivated.
We may update these terms with notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
